DHSE – Senior Security Engineer

The resource will be included in the working group operating in the HSE field at the Fano office and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating a team of young engineers;
  • Estimate the list of documents, man hours and times required to carry out project HSE/Loss Prevention activities;
  • Manage internal and external meetings of the company, carrying out, if required, Chairperson activities;
  • Carry out most of the activities listed below autonomously:
    1. HSE/ Loss Prevention Philosophy,
    2. HSE Plan,
    3.Hazardous Area Classification,
    4. HAZID/ENVID/HAZOP/SIL Assessment/LOPA/SAFOP/Bow-tie/HFE activities,
    5. FERA/QRA (with PHAST or with CFD)/BRA/EERA/ESSA/Vent Dispersion and Thermal Radiation Analysis/ALARP Demonstration,
    6. Dropped Object Analysis, Third Party (Shipping and Fishing) Interaction Analysis,
    7. SIL Verification/SRS/SECE Identification and Performance Standard,
    8.FMECA/RAM,
    9. Noise Study ,
    10. F&G/FF/FP System Design.

The ideal profile has the following requirements:
Graduated in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years experience in the same role.
Knowledge of written and spoken English.
Availability to travel.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the different phases of a project and the related HSE/Loss Prevention activities in each of these;
  • Knowledge of national and international regulations and standards relating to safety for onshore and offshore installations;
  • Good knowledge of specialist methodologies and main programs (e.g. PHAST, SAFETI, MAROS, PHAWorks, Bow-Tie XP, Pipenet);
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate a team.
