Project Description:

RENCO has developed, in collaboration with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, a public-private partnership project for the design, construction and operation of a 25-year combined cycle power plant of 253 MW in Yerevan (Armenia).

The plant, near the capital city Yerevan, is owned and operated by the Armenian special purpose company ARMPOWER.

The new combine cycle power plant, based on the latest and most advanced SIEMENS technologies, will therefore contribute to increase the efficiency of electricity production, reducing natural gas costs and greenhouse gas emissions.

The project is the largest “green field projectfinance in the history of the Republic of Armenia and has strategic importance for the country,
considering that two thirds of the electricity produced in Armenia is generated from imported fuels.

Activities performed for F&G system installation and commissioning.

Construction supervision for field instrument installation and cabling.

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of utilities.

Noise Studies and HSE workshop.
